She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Mack and Allie Wright Graham; her husband Richard Carter; her siblings, Joe Graham, Paul Graham, Dois Graham, Arlen Graham, Russell Graham and Lyda; Mattie Haltom and Barbara Wilder.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Carter (Kathy) of Arkadelphia and Janice Newsom (John) of Longview, TX; and her grandchildren, Heather, Tiffany and Tilly. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
