He is survived by: his wife Shelia Weaver (Fraley); his children, Jesse Weaver (Tricia), Monte Weaver (Tamissa) and Casey Weaver (Kristine); his grandchildren, Olivia Weaver, Ethan Weaver, Abigail Weaver, Elijah Weaver, Caleb Weaver and Ruby Weaver; his stepchildren, Brandi Phelps (Andy) and Mark Titus (Kaci); his stepgrandchildren, Kynlee Titus and Paislee Titus; his siblings, Syble Rogers, Virble Bell, Jalois Cox (Frank), Gale Weaver (Peggy), Kendall Weaver and Robert Weaver; and his sister-in-law Belinda Weaver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
