She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald Martin of Ash Flat; her parents, Alfred C. Towner and L. Marianne Towner (Loughin); her brothers, Robert of Washington, Victor of Washington and George Towner of Washington; and her husband Clifton Welch of Arkansas.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Martin (Kristy) of Ash Flat, Arkansas; her sisters, Joan Towner of Oregon, Francis Firth and Annette Otto (Bill) of Washington; her grandchildren, Whitney Martin-Tharp (Zachary) of Arkansas, Tavner Martin (Leighann) of Arkansas, Logan Martin (Christine) of Arkansas and Hannah Siebenmorgen of Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Callie Martin, Adilynn Martin, Liam Martin, Jaxon Warden, Skylar Warden and Hadley Siebenmorgen. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
