He was predeceased by: his father Edward John Kirk. He is survived by: his mother Emma Jean McGehee Kirk (Edward) of Mountain View; his significant other Linda Moser; his children, Jesse Kirk of St. John's, Florida and Michaelene Kirk of West Virginia; his stepsons, Michael Moser of Fayetteville and Daniel Moser of Mt. Pleasant; his siblings, John Javner of Mountain View, Donie Javner of North Carolina, Danny Javner of Missouri, Andy Davis of North Carolina and Dorothy Kirk of Mountain View; and his grandchildren, Joey Kirk, Jianna Kirk and Jaxon Kirk. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nephew and friends.
