We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2022, at the age of 95, Pearl Ruth Koshatka of Ash Flat, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Julius Holmen and Rosa Holmen (Clausen); her husband Milo Koshatka; her children, Edward and Carol; her brothers, Bob, Russell and Ken; and her great grandchild Jennifer.

She is survived by : her children, Marvin Koshatka (Kris) of Muscoda, Wisconsin and Shirley Byerly (Randy) of Salem, Arkansas; and her siblings, Betty Hadoff of Lanesboro, Minnesota and Don Holmen of Dexter, Minnesota.
