She is survived by: her son Justin Thornton; her daughter-in-law Belinda Thornton; her grandchildren, Kennedy Thornton, Jonah Thornton and Nora Thornton; her sister Dawanna Champagne; her brother-in-law John Champagne; and her husband Larry Kent.
