Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Burl leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Duvall and Margie Duvall; and his brother-in-law Jay Hefner. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas (Linda Duvall), Dyana Hefner and Janada (Jimmy Jackson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lemley Chapel (1401 N Church St, Atkins, AR 72823). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
