She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Leding and Marie Bauer Leding; and her sister Rose Ann Leding. She is survived by: her husband Ron Klober; her children, Chris Klober (Kimberly) and Lisa Klober; her grandson Elijah Klober; and her siblings, Mary Magdalene Heiss (Fred), Cecilia Sloat (Don), Celestine Eichler (John), William Leding (Barbara), Anthony Leding, Theresa Jenkins (Steve), Johnny Leding (late Ann), Pat Leding (Shana), Mike Leding (Jolene) and Delores Edwards (late Ben).

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (4000 N Rodney Parham Rd, Little Rock, AR 72212). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Atkins Catholic Cemetery (716 Ave 3 SE, Atkins, AR 72823).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Cathy's honor to St. Scholastica Monastery (1315 S. Albert Pike Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72903).
