He was predeceased by : his parents, Doc Burgess and Ruby Hazel McCommons Foshee; his brother Lester "Shorty" Foshee; and his son Gerald Foshee. He is survived by : his significant other Betty Boren Foshee; his children, Dale Foshee (Karla), Sue Gardner and Lori Smith (Bill); his grandchildren, Zachary B. Foshee, Aaron Gardner, Lacie Foshee, April Gardner, Brandy Blalack, Zachary Kilburn and Hazel Smith; and his great grandchildren, Jayna Blalack, Jaxon Blalack, Jayde Blalack, Blaze McKay, Ryder McKay and Rylie Henke.
