He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest "Ernie" Leo Hardesty and Alma Frances (Etienne); his sister Kathryn Davis (Don) of Blytheville; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Fincher (Charles) of Jonesboro, Shelia Edwards (Scott) of Blytheville, Sherri Larkin (David) of Blytheville, Renita Sprouse (Gary) of Blytheville, Mike Davis (Teresa) of Cabot and Chris Davis (Tina) of Conway. He was also cherished by twenty-two great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews.
Donations in Father Hardesty's honor may be made to Saint Leo the Great University Parish in Russellville, Saint John Newman University Parish in Jonesboro, or to any of the parishes which were served by Father Hardesty.
