We announce the death of James Milner (Atkins, Arkansas), who passed away on August 17, 2026, at the age of 83. James will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Milner and Johnnie Milner. He is survived by: his wife Lois Ashlock; his children, Venessa Eberbach, Veronica Bueno, Justin France, John Taylor and Monica Duvall; his grandchildren, Austin, Tyler, Caleb, James, Dakota, Hayley, Marissa, Daniel and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Colson, Carter, Callie and Aria; and his sisters, Diane Milner and Jackie Milner.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in James's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization he deeply admired, based in Jacksonville, FL.
