He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Welsh, and William Welsh, Sr.; and his brother William Welsh, Jr. (late Bonita). He is survived by: his children, Shannon Welsh, Justin Welsh and Joey Welsh; his brothers, Tommy Welsh of Pennsylvania and John Welsh of Pennsylvania; his nephew Jesse Welsh of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Levi Welsh and Jaycie Welsh.
