He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Darter Fields; his parents, John and Gladys; and his sister Jeanette. He is survived by: his sister Marilyn; and his children, Debbie, Cindy and John. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lemley Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Atkins Church of Christ.
