He is survived by: his wife Ann Donahou Pew; his children, Mike Pew (Tracy) of Vilonia, Jeff Pew (Lisa) of Atkins and Laura Pew-Stephenson of Russellville; his stepsons, Mike Donahou (Jan) of Wisconsin and Steve Donahou (Echo) of Hawaii; and his brother Truman Pew of Russellville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Johnny Ralph's honor to Hopewell Baptist Church.
