She is survived by : her daughter Mitzi Chance; her grandchildren, Chance Jernigan, Zachary, Misty Warren, Jeremy and Destany Chance; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Monica Warren and Oakland Chance; and her brother Randy L. Russell.
