He is survived by: his wife Aquilla Holmes; his children, Kayla, Cody Blaylock, Michael and Cecily Holmes; his grandchildren, EmmaRae Blaylock, Forrest Blaylock, Eden Holmes and Avery Holmes; and his siblings, Debra Holmes (Charles), David Holmes (Kelly), Lisa Stewart (Sonny), Bobby Holmes, Carla Fillion (Bobby) and Amanda Sanders (Bobby).
