She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Quinton and Mary Ellen Jenkins Quinton; her husband Alvin Maxwell; her stepfather Cecil Brown; her daughter Nyoka Button; and her stepchildren, Harold Maxwell, Brenda Billings and Bobby Maxwell.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Ray Quinton, Dale (Ramona Maxwell), David Maxwell and Sandra Bratton (Charles Black); her stepchildren, Frances Maxwell, James Maxwell, Linda McNamara, Dorothy Sanchez, Johnny Maxwell and Melvin Maxwell; and her grandchildren, Sean, Nancy, Justin, Ellen, Nicole, Jessica, Zachery, Cody and Alex. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
