With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ottalee Simmons Azbell of Atkins, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Jewel Riley; her child J. T. Simmons; and her grandson Cody Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Verna Kirby, Britt Simmons and Bryan (Lisa Simmons); her brother Joe; her granddaughter Heather (Brad Southard); and her great grandchild Blayne Simmons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in her honor be made to a charity of your choice.
