He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Quince Horn and Billie Jean Holloway; his son Johnny Michael Horn (Teri); his brothers, Edgar Gene Horn (Dorothy), Johnny Horn, Adrian Horn, Danny Horn (Viola) and David Horn; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Horn; his daughters, Patricia Gurney (Ryan) and Sarah Horn (Brady); his siblings, Susan Pray (Jerry), Marsha Stone and Allen Horn (Carolyn); his sister-in-law Mary Horn; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Drew, Brennon, Easton, Ashton, Abigail, Addy and Kay. He is also survived by grandbaby on the way and many nieces and nephews.
