He is survived by: his wife Geneva Gipson; his children, Billy Gipson (Kathy) and Cynthia Ennis; his grandchildren, Erik Gipson, Justin McClendon, Christopher Ennis and Nikki Martin; his great grandchildren, Karlee McClendon, Molly McClendon, Emma McClendon and Jase McClendon; his great great grandchild Astoria Carreno; and his sister Mary Jones (Walter). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lemley Chapel (1401 N Church St, Atkins, AR 72823). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
