She was predeceased by : her parents, Rance Covington and Hazel Covington; her husband John Frasier Ashby; her siblings, Carlos Covington, Sonny Covington (Mary Sue) and Bonnie Grayson (R. A.); her brother-in-law Donnie Hays; and her son-in-law Jimbo Wofford.

She is survived by : her children, John Calvin Ashby (Debbie) of Pleasant Plains, Larry Ashby (Stacey) of Augusta and Phyllis Wofford of Jonesboro; and her sisters, Eloise Tims (Rudy) of Searcy and Betty Sue Hays of Judsonia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren.

Interment will follow in the Augusta Memorial Park. *Due to Covid-19, all visitors will be asked to wear a mask at all times and practice social distancing.
