He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Whiteside; his children, Johnathon, Taylor, Hayden, Gregory and Brodie; his parents, Cheryl Monette and Ed Monette; his grandparents, Jerry, Katrina Whiteside, Patricia Rader and Kathy Monette; and his siblings, Christy, Callie and Cody. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
