She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hawks and Dollie Hawks (O'Shields); and her sister Lottie Hawks Bowen (Lloyd). She is survived by: her spouse Sgt. Major Alvin Fitzpatrick; her daughter Barbara Bowen (Raymond); her granddaughter Melissa; her siblings, Edna Overstreet (Wesley), Fannie Rinehart (Corrie), Willie Anderson (Roy), Ruth Bryant (Jim), Wesley Hawks (Betty), Clamon Hawks (Carolyn) and Aaron Hawks (Lula Bell); and her caregiver Dr. Steven Collier. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, their spouses, children, and grandchildren.
