She is survived by: her daughter Brittany Cook (Tanner); her grandchild Bree Cook; her mother Darlene Freeman; her siblings, Katherine Lewis (Scott), David Freeman (Michelle), Theresa Slagle (Mark), Dan Winkles (Melanie) and Sam Winkles (Anita); Travis Ashburn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
