He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Sparks and Martha Sparks; his spouse Kay Morton; his children, Jim Sparks, Robert Sparks (Joanie) and Nancy Sparks Miller (Mark); his brother Phil Sparks (Beverly); his siblings-in-law, Jim Morton, Harry Morton (Gayle) and Beth Morton Burton; and his nieces and nephews, Richard Burton, Tim Burton (Zoe), Lisa Morton, Traci Morton Tekely and Beau Spring.
