We are sad to announce that, on April 6, 2026, at the age of 72, Nelda Kay Hicks Harwell of Austin, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hicks and Margie Lee Hicks; and her siblings, Duffie Gibson, J. L. and J. Randy Hicks.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Harwell; her children, Patrick (Terri Harwell) and Sarah Harwell; her grandchildren, Robbie Harwell, Kaleb May and Taylor Harwell; her brother Bennie (Lyn Hicks); and her brother-in-law Kenneth Gibson. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, family and friends.
