He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, John L. Anthony and Becky L. Anthony; and his niece Peyton Elyse Anthony. He is survived by: his father Scott Temple (Karen); his fiancé Kayrel Webb; his children, Rileigh Meyer and Wesley Smith-Meyer; and his siblings, Rick Anthony (Ashley), Jason Temple (Crystal), Phillip Anthony (Amanda), Devin West (Alanna), Christin Ruediger (Brady), Stephanie Vandegriff, Paige Vandegriff, Samantha Anthony (Kody) and Shyann Temple (Dusty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many beloved family members and friends.
