It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Dean Simmons Goodwin of Bald Knob, Arkansas, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Simmons and Clara Joyce Simmons; and her brother Brad Simmons. She is survived by: her son Travis (Corrie); her grandchildren, Houston, Austyn and Tyler; her son Eric (Ashley); her grandchildren, Jace, Piper and Rhett; her son Philip (Kristyn); her grandchildren, Gracyn and Lauryn; her child Bekah (Clint); her grandchildren, Rowin, Hudson, Ramsey and Hollis; her husband Jerry Goodwin; and her siblings, Bill Simmons (Kay) of Nashville, TN. and Belinda Rice (Perry) of Rose Bud.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1272 AR-367, Bald Knob, AR 72010). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Worden Baptist Church (107 Worden Rd, Bald Knob, AR 72010).
