He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Lillie Nell Richards (Crenshaw); and his brother Donald Richards. He is survived by: his siblings, JoAnn McAdams (John), Gary Richards (Wilma), Thomas Richards (Pamela) and Patti Hix; his sister-in-law Marie Richards; his sons, Charles Richards and David Richards; and his family Little Rock. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations be made to the Dardanelle School District in Chuck Richard's memory.
