It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvin Duncan of Bald Knob, Arkansas, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Edgar Duncan and Leona Freppon Duncan; his wife Nell Raglin Duncan; his son Monte Duncan; and his siblings, Eugene, Norman Duncan, Kathleen Morgan and Emogene Grooms.
He is survived by : his children, Keith Duncan (Teresa) of Sidney, Richard Duncan (Debbie) of Bald Knob, Karen Arnold of Bald Knob and Tonya Duncan of Bald Knob; and his sister Helen Steward of Bald Knob. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren.
