He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Mae Skinner and Joe Alonzo Skinner; his brother Timmy Wayne Skinner; and his nephew Carlos Andrew Keck II. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Skinner; his children, Michelle Lee Skinner, Rachel Lynn Poole, Keri Lynn Skinner and Jimmy Lee Skinner Junior; and his siblings, Phyllis Paulette Watkins, Michael Joe Skinner, Brenda Lee Slocum, Carol Ann Hutchins and Mary Jane Staggs.
