He is survived by: his children, Vickie Rutherford and Joseph Buckner; his sister Connie Jackson; and his grandchildren, Kristee Henson, Derrick Rutherford, Patrick Rutherford, Autumn Buckner, Tristan Buckner and Nikki Gentry. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
