She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzy Haynes and Lola Haynes; her children, Terry Wayne Rutherford and Tina Michelle Simmons; and her granddaughter Brandi Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Eugene Rutherford; her grandchildren, Kristee Henson, Dana Simmons, Derick Rutherford, Kimberly Ficklen and Patrick Rutherford; and her siblings, Charlie Haynes, J. B. Haynes, Edith Crowder and Paulene Smith. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, a few great great grandchildren.
