She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Mae and William Brown Chapman; her husband Barney; her daughter Rebecca Jean Humphries; and her siblings, Russell David Chapman and Lola Doris Whitlow.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Knight (Doy) and Herb Humphries (Debra). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2602 W Beebe Capps Expy, Searcy, AR 72143). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at the Providence Cemetery Providence Cemetery.
