He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Johnson (Duncan); his children, Kathy Jones, Dewayne Wammack (Debbie), Otis Carroll "Bug" Johnson II and Dawn Mooney (Ken); and his sisters, Eva Freppon (Don) and Pat Hannah.
