He is survived by : his wife Donna Lawhon of Banks, AR; his children, Max Lawhon (Cayley) of Germantown, TN and Leslie Ermert (Reid) of Rossville, TN; his mother Maxine Lawhon of Conway, AR; his grandchildren, Jack Lawhon, Eleanor Lawhon and Violet Ermert; and his siblings, Jerry Lawhon (Caren) of Alexander, AR, Steve Lawhon of Conway, AR and Linda Holland (James) of Cabot, AR..
