He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Billy Wise Jr. (Cindy) of Van Buren, Brian Wise (Jennifer Jennings), Tonya Jetton (Darren) of Lowell, AR and Jamie Alexander (Mike) of Van Buren; and his siblings, Mary Barbara, Patsy Leonard and Alan Wise (Shirley). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
