He was predeceased by: his parents, David Neely and Elsie Neely (Jarrard). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Girty; his granddaughter Fauna Martin (Jeremy) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his great grandchild Hailey Martin; and his sisters-in-law, Avonne Martin (Dale) of Webbers Falls and BJ Hamilton of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several members of the Jarrard family; extended family and many friends.
