She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Boatman and Fluretta Boatman; her husband Emmett Sorrells; and her foster son Joe Crittenden. She is survived by: her brother Bobby Boatman of Austin, AR; her children, Janice Price (Bruce), Phyllis Sorrells, Little Rock, Laurie Wood (Jerry), Susan Miller (Jerry), John Crittenden (Tavia) and Georgia; and her grandchildren, Nathan Price (Carrie) of Batesville, Jordan Price (Jaime) of Altus, Maranda Banning (Stephen) of Clarksville, Leslie Harris (Zach) of New Bern and Tyler Wood (Rachael) of Van Buren. She is also survived by ses 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces/nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Clarksville (924 S Crawford St, Clarksville, AR 72830). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
