He is survived by: his wife Marcia Parker (Bennett); his son Dustin Parker of Fort Smith; his brother Rev. Benjamin Elvis Parker (Beverly) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; his half-brother Bennie Eagles of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Rowyn Parker of Mt. Vernon, Ohio and Kennedy Parker of Mt. Vernon, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
