She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Smith and Corlene Smith (Blair); and her siblings, Suzan Babcock (Smith), Robert Smith and Scott Smith.

She is survived by : her children, Jaccilyn Blaylock (Brooklynn Rosentreter) and Manda Yother (Joe Yother); and her grandchildren, Alexis and Aaron. She is also survived by great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
