She was predeceased by: her daughter Sara Elizabeth Low; her niece Allison Justiss; and her brother Ansel Ray Garlin. She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Alyson Low; her husband Mike Low; and her siblings, Rebecca McDowell (Al) and Troy Garlin (Billie).
