He is survived by: his parents, Hannah Elizabeth Johnson and Douglas Warren Johnson; his siblings, Adelynn Grace Johnson and Colt Warren Johnson of Cave City; and his grandparents, Eric, Kandi Johnson, Heather Couch, Jeff, Rachel Bailey, Amanda, Josh Cash, Bobbie Johnson, Sherry Booth, Sandra, Donald Finley, Elaine Gilmore, Carolyn Welcher and Janice Benton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
