He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Rolins and Beatrice Rolins; and his siblings, Joe Mannon Rolins, John Edward Rolins, Richard "Nig" Rolins, Delton Rolins, Coy Rolins and Barbara Sellers.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Long Rolins; his children, Dallas Wayne Rolins and Ronda Wade (Doyle) of Bethesda; his brother Jim Rolins (Maggie) of Bethesda; his granddaughter Kayla Goodman (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Kamri Goodman, Addyson Goodman and Rilynn Goodman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
