He is survived by: his wife Shannon Smart (McTigue); his children, Brandon Smart (Lisa) of Kansas City, MO, Amy Declue (Mike), Tammy Smart of Batesville, Megan McDougal of Jacksonville and Becky Medley (Kerry) of Batesville; his siblings, Harold Smart (Ann) of Evening Shade, Connie Harris of Batesville and Peggy Holland of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Brayden Neal, Jody Medley, Isaiah Smart, Madelyn Lynch, Jackson Lynch, Brandon Declue and Heather Declue.
