She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Gordon Vincent (Ruddy) and Norma Delores Vincent Wright; and her stepfather Paul F Wright Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Norma Ann Perkins of Batesville; her grandchildren, Dace McCrae and Eden Rae; her husband Jon Perkins; her grandchildren, Dace Elumbaugh-Perkins and Eden Perkins of Batesville; her sister Vicky Vincent Bickers (Bobby) of Fairfield Bay; and her stepsister Nancy Wright Hutcherson of Batesville.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Humane Society of Independence County or Legacy Hospice Assistance Fund.
