O'Neill Jr. of Batesville, Arkansas, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin O'Neill and Rita O'Neill (LeGrice); and his wife Doris O'Neill. He is survived by : his daughters, Kelly Russell (Edward) of Linthicum, MD, Maureen O'Neill (Mark) of Crystal Lake, IL and Tracy Martin (Thomas) of Florida; his stepson William Taylor (Aundria) of Batesville; and his caregivers, Pauletta Littleton of Cave City and Bettie Magness of Cave City. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
