She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Culp and Marjorie Coxson Culp; her husband Jay Webber; her daughters, Wanda Estrada and Janet Gibbs; her sister Audine Cole; her grandsons, Christopher Duran, Terry Gibbs, Dylan Ammons, Weston Dean and Lee Hall; Jerry Gibbs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Valarie Howell of Glendale and Anita Walker (Russ) of Desha; and her niece Marsha Lonabaugh. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
