He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Spinks and Zona Low Spinks; and his brother Delbert Spinks. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Phillips Spinks; and his sons, Hollis Spinks (Debi) and Hulan Spinks (Meagan). He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
