He is survived by: his parents, Danny Willis Owens and Melvina Darlene Owens (Buchanan); his brother Mark Willis Owens of Batesville; his sibling's children, Michael Willis Owens and Monica Elizabeth Owens; his aunts, Elizabeth Turley, Deveda Hamra, Nancy Black (Allen) and Penny Sitzes; and his uncle Tim Owens (Belinda).
